How we look after your details.

We keep it simple: we collect only what you choose to send us, use it only to answer your request, and never sell it.

    Who we are

    Fish Aqua Bazzar (Kaikaluru Aqua Fish Seed Suppliers), run by fish farmer Ravi Kumar, Opposite Kaikaluru Railway Station, behind RCM Church, near Maganti Theatres, Kaikaluru, Andhra Pradesh 521333. We decide how your details are used and we are responsible for them.

    What we collect

    Only what you type into the quote form: name, mobile number, whether you are a farmer, broker or company, state, district, species, size, quantity, date needed, notes and preferred language. If you call, WhatsApp or message us on Instagram or Facebook, we also see what you send there.

    What we do not collect

    No payment or bank details, no ID documents, no location tracking, and no advertising or tracking cookies.

    Why we use it

    To reply with availability and a price quote, to plan loading and delivery if you order, and to follow up on your request. Nothing else.

    Your consent

    We use your details because you choose to send the form or message us. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, and we will stop using them.

    Where it is kept

    Form requests are stored securely with trusted cloud service providers that handle data only on our behalf, and only our team can access them. Messages sent through WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook stay in those apps under their own privacy rules.

    How long we keep it

    Up to 2 years after your last enquiry or order. After that, we delete it.

    How we protect it

    Secure HTTPS connections, private storage with access limited to our team, and spam protection on the form.

    Your rights

    You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent. Contact us and we will act as quickly as possible, and within 30 days.

    Children

    Our services are for farmers and businesses. We do not knowingly collect details of anyone under 18.

    Links to Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Justdial, IndiaMART and Dukaan follow those websites’ own privacy policies.
